Cullen Finney is the dedicated Owner of Skippy’s Construction & Maintenance Co., proudly leading the company he founded in East Texas. Hailing from Gilmer, Texas, and a Gilmer High School alum, Cullen is deeply invested in his community and passionate about delivering top-quality outdoor construction and maintenance services. Beyond the job site, he’s engaged to Kaitlyn Williams and brings the same commitment and energy to both his professional and personal life .
